As Creative Lead, I join the dots between strategy and design to help organisations engage and make a positive impact. Over the last 5 years at RY, I've done creative strategy and direction for some of the world's greatest brands, from global giants like Shell, NIVEA and GSK to powerful non-profits like Fairtrade and TEDxLondon. But my most important role has been to champion creativity and the power of ideas – it's how we help brands stand out, cut through and achieve whatever they need to.
